join us for a vintner's dinner with constellation wines: 

5 course menu paired with wines from Prisoner &  Each course will feature a component cooked in our wood-fire oven. Limited seating, please call 985-302-5533 for reservations.  

Course 1:

Cold smoked oyster, roasted strawberry and black pepper mignonette, celery leaf

Wine Pairing: Meomi Sparkling Rose

Course 2:

Wood-Fired octopus, smoky fried potatoes, Italian sausage, garlic aioli, pickled radishes, herb salad

Wine Pairing: Blindfold White Blend

Course 3:

Porcini tagliatelle, Louisiana wild boar ragout, charred spring onions, pistachio gremolata

Wine Pairing: The Prisoner Red Blend

Course 4:

Creekstone Farms 12hr beef shank, Robuchon potatoes, rapini, friend chicken livers, smoked demi glace, horseradish

Wine Pairing: Cuttings Cabernet

Course 5:

Oven roasted pear tarte tatin, brown butter bourbon ice cream, salted caramel

Wine Pairing: Inniskillin Ice Wine
